Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most serviceable pincodes in India. COD availability is confirmed at checkout. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Undelivered or Returned Orders If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempts. If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your support email] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve it promptly.
